Mail wont load

I love playing the game because I get gifts and help from my guild when ever I need their help. But every time I go to check my mail it takes forever to load. I try refreshing the game a bunch of time and I even try restarting my phone to see if the mail will finish loading. I have the newest version on my iPhone but it doesnt seem to load the message at all. Please fix this. I tried opening the app on mail when its loading to see how long it will finish loading but for some reason it never finish loading my mails. I have about 20 mails and I cant even see what they are.
