In-game Mail never works...

Pros: fun game.

Cons: too many Chinese guilds overpowering the realms.

The in-game Mail system always freezes and locks you out of playing.

Too difficult to upgrade your heroes, takes far too long.

Wall repair speed and repair time are ridiculous, makes defenses irrelevant in this game when anyone can blow through your wall with a few tier 1 troops.
