Poor Customer Service

Could be a great game but major lag issues and game crashes. This is not my hardware as I have the newest ipad. Cant battle properly as it lags and freezes. After contacting support on this issue they only said they are working on their app issue and did not do anything to address my troop loses due to game issues. Very disappointed
