Whatever you do dont change phones or need customer service

I switched phones and it should have been and easy game recovery. Spent about $50 on the game in 2 weeks and customer service kept saying you will recieve an email by the end of the day. This went of for 3 days straight. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DONT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME.
